Novastar’s ET4000 & ET2000-G Media Server control systems are designed specifically for high-definition jumbotron applications such as multimedia digital exhibition halls, live conference rooms, and data monitoring centers.
They support ultra-high resolutions up to 8K/16K for direct display and offer versatile creative display splicing.

1. Smooth 8K Point-to-Point Playback
Novastar ET2000-G/ET4000 media server supports 2/4 channels of 4K×2K output, effortlessly handling pixel-perfect splicing displays like 8Kx2K@60Hz/8Kx4K@60Hz. With Novastar’s powerful graphic rendering engine and advanced multi-output synchronization technology, it effectively eliminates tearing and stuttering, delivering users an ultra-clear and seamless experience.
2. Hardware Decoding 16K Video Playback System
Utilizing professional graphics card hardware decoding and rendering technology, effortlessly achieve smooth playback of ultra-high-definition 16K@60fps videos or multiple 4K@60fps video clips. It supports hardware decoding for video formats such as H.264, H.265, VP9, and hardware acceleration for HAP format.
3. Synchronized Video Encoding System
Professional playback control software allows visual management of broadcasting, material adjustments, priority settings, and more via the VICP App on tablet terminals. This greatly simplifies system operation and management, achieving centralized control in a one-stop solution. The software features flexible program management to meet various unmanned playback needs.
4. Creative Display
The system supports unlimited cropping and reorganization of display outputs, breaking away from the confines of rectangular outputs. Irregular screens can easily be integrated for display, allowing for various screen effects like splitting, folding, and rotating.
5. Stable Multi-Machine Cascade Hot Backup Function
Using industry-leading FSD frame synchronization technology, it achieves frame-level synchronization for seamless multi-server splicing displays without tearing, supporting up to N×8K loads. The display/control end provides full-link hot backup: in case of main link failure or abnormal playback, the system automatically switches to the backup link, ensuring stability and reliability.
